Privacy notice
What this website collects, why, where it goes, and how to have it removed.
What this website collects
This website carries no analytics, no advertising trackers, no social media widgets and no third-party fonts. Simply reading it collects nothing about you.
One thing is stored in your own browser, and nowhere else:
- Your acknowledgement of the Bar Council disclaimer, held in
sessionStorageso that you are not asked again on every page. It is discarded when you close the browser.
If you use the contact form
The form asks for your name and telephone number, optionally your e-mail address, and a description of your matter. That information is used for one purpose: so that we can respond to your enquiry and decide whether it is a matter we are able to take on.
Submissions are relayed by Web3Forms, a third-party service, which forwards them by e-mail to us. The message passes through and is processed on servers outside India. We keep no database of enquiries: the record is the e-mail.
Please do not send confidential or privileged material through this form. Until we have confirmed that we are able to act, no advocate-client relationship exists and no privilege attaches to what you send. If a matter is sensitive or urgent, telephone instead.
How long anything is kept
Enquiry e-mails are retained only as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any matter arising from it, and after that for as long as our professional obligations require. Where a matter does not proceed, we delete the correspondence on request.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask that it be corrected or completed, ask that it be erased, and withdraw a consent you have given. Write to anukiratsingh@gmail.com or telephone +91 70180 49239.
We deal with requests as promptly as our professional obligations allow. If you are not satisfied with the response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
